Earl Belger is the President and founder of Belger, PC, also known as Belger & Associates, P.C., a certified public accounting firm located in Fraser, Michigan. The Company was founded in 1981 as a sole practitioner accounting office in Eastpointe. The business was incorporated in 1996 and has grown to its present size through the concept of providing quality accounting, consulting, and tax and valuation services. In addition to its clientele in Michigan, the firm has clients located throughout the country, including Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Missouri, California, New York and Ohio.


Mr. Belger graduated from Walsh College in 1975 with a Bachelor of Accountancy. He performed post graduate work at Walsh College and received Masters in Science of Taxation degree from Washington School of Law in 2000. He earned the Certified Valuation Analysis (CVA) designation from the National Association of Valuation Analysis in 2000 and his Accredited Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified Financial Forensic designations from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 2006 and 2008. Mr. Belger is also holds the Accredited Business Advisor (ABA) and Accredited Tax Advisor (ATA) designations from the Accreditation Council of Accountancy and Taxation and a Securities License in the state of Michigan.

In addition to his years of experience in tax, audit and accounting, he has performed numerous forensic accounting and business valuations. He also served as an accounting instructor at Macomb Community College and is the past president of a Homeowner Association. He has also served as a trustee and director of finance for his church, and is currently on the board of directors of several businesses. He is licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in Michigan and Florida.

Mr. Belger currently serves as a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants Business Valuation and Litigation task Force.
