Through our Flexpertise process, Limitless Investment & Capital experts from all services areas (Law, Strategy, Capital and Tax & Accounting) will work together with you and your team on achieving the growth initiatives of your company through this foundational relationship together.
As part of our initial focus, we will work together to review pressing legal needs, capital options and potential growth pathways. We may also discuss and develop business focus, product focus, legacy/end-game goals, business structure, tax plan, and more.
In addition, we will plan the budget for the next calendar quarter and yar to determine the necessary pieces of the puzzle from inside professional support to outside expertise, including priority and timing of these items, among other key things we will discover in the course of working together.
We will meet regularly and proactively as we work together to build the business in increments and frequency that keeps an appropriate pace given the day to day demands of its Principals.
Flexpertise Lite
Similar to the Flexpertise but budget-friendly with less frequent engagement:
- Review pressing legal, capital options and potential growth pathways
- Discuss and develop business focus, product focus, legacy/end0game goals, business structure, tax plan etc.
- Plan budget for the next calendar quarter and year
